When you enroll as a student or as a subscriber (“learner”) on our site or related courses, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name and email address, as part of the enrolling process.

Thinkific

Our course and site are hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”), which provides us with the online course creation platform that allows us to sell our product/services to you. Your personal information is stored in Thinkific's data storage, databases and the general Thinkific application. Thinkific stores your data on a secure server behind a firewall to protect your information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.


Payment:

If you make a purchase on our site, we use a third-party payment processor such as Stripe or PayPal. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our site, related courses, and its service providers.

REGISTRATION & COURSE CANCELLATION POLICIES

Registration

Payment must be received before the start of the course.

Withdrawals

Any withdrawals must be made in writing (by email) as far in advance as possible.

Refund

Participants are eligible for a 100% refund, minus registration fees and a processing fee of $250, if they cancel a course after completing the first two lessons of the Gold Legion Bundle, Silver Legion Bundle, Manual QA or Automation QA, SDET, DevOps, or Front-End Development Programs, up to two months from the registration date.

Transfer credit

A participant may be able to purchase a course spot in one name and have another participant take it. This will be observed on a case-by-case basis.

Course cancellation

Legion IT Academy reserves the right to cancel any courses prior to the opening of the registration period. If Legion IT Academy has to cancel a program for any reason beyond its control, it will not be held liable. In this unlikely event, Legion IT Academy will offer a full refund if it is prior to the commencement of the program, or a pro-rated refund if the program has already commenced.

Special circumstances

A full refund (minus registration fees) may result in cases of family and/or medical emergencies. This will be done case by case. In order to receive a refund, you must notify the Legion IT Academy  team either by email, via [email protected]   or at+1- 649-969-2015.
